After you schedule your phone consultation, you’ll receive a brief questionnaire that will need to be completed prior to the phone consultation. This is a way for us to make the best use of our time during your consultation! Be sure to check your spam/junk mail in case the questionnaire ends up there.

What happens during the consult?

The phone consultation is a brief conversation that provides us with a chance to get to know one another a bit better and see find out whether we’re a good therapeutic fit.

What happens after the phone consult?

If we decide we’re a good fit, we’ll move forward in scheduling your first session. I’ll then send you an email with a link to the online secure portal system, so you can complete all your intake documents and any necessary questionnaires online, in the convenience of your own home.
